At KeKeeStylzz LLC, I take pride in providing high-quality braid services and ensuring each client is satisfied. Please read the following policy carefully before booking your appointment.

Service Refunds

• All services are non-refundable once completed, as hair braiding is a time-based and personalized service.
• If you are unhappy with your style, please let me know before leaving the appointment so I can make reasonable adjustments.
• Adjustments after you leave the salon are at my discretion and may require an additional fee.

Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Deposits will be applied toward your total service cost.
• If you cancel your appointment you will forfeit your deposit.
• If appointment is canceled because of stylist inconvenience, I may chose to refund deposit, considering the circumstances.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so, full payment must be paid upon next service.
• Deposits are transferable. You may reschedule your appointments as long as it‘s prior to the date and time.
• No-call/no-show appointments will result in the loss of your deposit and will require full payment before rebooking.

Late Policy

• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.
